Chamba Sports Academy was founded in 2016 in Bertoua, Cameroon, by Gerald Bobga , a passionate social entrepreneur and sports enthusiast with a vision to promote football at the grassroots level and empower youth through the beautiful game. Established under Chamba Sports Management, a registered sports association recognized by the Cameroon Ministry of Sports and affiliated with FECAFOOT, the Academy stands today as a dynamic center for football training and personal development.
From our humble beginnings with just seven players, Chamba Sports Academy has evolved into a vibrant football family. Over 100 graduates have passed through our program, and more than 50 new players join each year across multiple age categories. Our philosophy goes beyond football — we use sport as a tool for education, discipline, and transformation, helping young people discover their potential and purpose.
